We stand behind the quality of Meta Leads CRM. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans) are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial payment date. To request a refund within this period, simply contact our support team at billing@metaleadscrm.com with your account email and a brief reason for your request.
Refunds under the 30-day guarantee are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The refund request is for a first-time subscription (not a renewal or upgrade).
- You have not previously received a refund from Meta Leads CRM.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the 30-day initial period has passed.
- Plan upgrades or add-ons purchased separately.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial-month refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started.
- Free Trial periods (no charges apply, so no refund is applicable).
4. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual plans, refunds are only eligible within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plan subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your annual subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing year.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription) or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@metaleadscrm.com from your registered account email address.
- Include your full name, account email, and subscription plan in the email.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).
- Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may be disputed. We will always work with you to resolve billing issues fairly.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Enterprise Service Agreement. Please contact your dedicated account manager for any billing concerns.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
