1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "you") and Meta Leads CRM ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Meta Leads CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform with features including, but not limited to:
- Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads integration and lead management
- WhatsApp Business messaging and automation
- Sales pipeline management and tracking
- AI-powered lead scoring and analytics
- Team collaboration and task management tools
- Reporting and performance dashboards
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Meta Leads CRM, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring all users under your account comply with these Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
4. Subscription & Payment
4.1 Plans and Billing
Meta Leads CRM offers various subscription plans (Free Trial, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
4.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
4.4 Free Trial
Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to limit trial features and duration. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Meta Leads CRM for any of the following:
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or violating anti-spam laws
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or third parties
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Violating any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws
- Violating Meta's Terms of Service, WhatsApp's Business Policy, or any platform's terms
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without written authorization
- Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Meta Leads CRM — including the software, design, logos, text, and graphics — are owned exclusively by Meta Leads CRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or generate within the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of Meta Leads CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of lead data through our platform complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and PDPA.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Meta Leads CRM integrates with third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, payment processors, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those third parties' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, META LEADS CRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
